• Founded and lead a flatsharing and housing platform that grew out of a problem I had myself: coming back to Athens and finding the roommate search unsafe and unreliable.
• Grew it from a flatshare marketplace into a Living-as-a-Service model — corporate housing, managed properties, relocation paperwork and SafeStay verification.
• Compatibility matching runs on a rule matrix across 50+ lifestyle and behavioural factors, deliberately rule-based rather than a trained recommender, so every match can be explained.
• Athens first, then a wider European footprint, with Cyprus as the current expansion focus.
• Recognised as Rising Startup at the Startupper Awards 2023.

• An independent lab for AI developer tools, run alongside MyRoomie.
• Ships open source across several ecosystems — npm packages, Go modules, Rust crates and a Homebrew tap.
• Work in progress includes PropertyOS/FairRent for European property pricing data, VDK for AI context distribution, CAPYSQUASH for PostgreSQL migrations and Entrolytics for privacy-first analytics.
• MCPServerFinder, a directory of MCP servers, was built here and later acquired.
